Southern Polyurethanes (SPI) Universal Clearcoat is designed for high-performance refinishing, this clear coat delivers exceptional gloss, smooth lay-down, easy buffing and long-term durability. Its low-VOC formulation lets you meet mandated emission standards in regulated areas. In regions where low-VOC limits apply (for example, many U.S. states where clears are restricted to about 2.1 lbs./gallon) it helps you comply while maintaining a mirror-like finish.  Compatible with most solvent basecoats, it adapts seamlessly to full-vehicle jobs or spot repairs. It is available in gallons or quarts and mixes at a 4:1 ratio. This kit includes four quarts of activator for the gallon option or one quart of activator for the quart option.
