Southern Polyurethanes (SPI) Urethane Retarder is available in regular or low VOC formulas. It helps slow flash times, stop pin-holing, dry edges and dry spraying. Great for all-overs in 80 to 100 degree temperatures, but do not use below 70 degrees.  1-2 oz. per mixed quart of primer and 1-3 oz. per mixed quart of clear or single stage. Available in quarts only.
